Team Manager Messages

Message 1​

The following message is sent on creation of the Team Managers Whatsapp Private Group:

This is a private group to support the race organisers communicate with Team Managers as quickly as possible. It will be removed during the week after the races once we are happy there's no further need for it.

Message 2​

The following messages is sent out four days prior to race day.

Year 4 Course (includes pdf with course) Year 5/6 Course (includes pdf with course) Team Managers Update 1 (includes pdf with Race Day and Team Manager summaries)

Message 3​

The following message is sent on Race Day around 0700.

Good morning. With the races just hours away, please note the following key information;

  • Please ensure that you bring pens to write down the positions of the athletes to submit for the results.

  • Full instructions will be provided to all Team Managers with the Team Manager packs that will be provided at East Court.

  • There are public toilets at the top of East Court by the Mansion House.
