Welcome to the home of the EGAC documentation. Here you will find details committee meetings, guidance on how the club operates, re-usable templates etc.

All of the information you need has been grouped through the menu on the left hand side. Under each option, you will find further sub-menus or links to pages.

When you open a page, on the right hand side you will see a list of the headings from the page, so you can jump to the section you need.

At the bottom of the pages, you'll find an option to move forward or backwards through the pages as another form of navigation.

Templates​

Where possible, there will be templates that you can simply copy and paste into what you are doing, from documents to emails. If there is information you need to add, there will be a note telling you.

Calendars​

There are some regular events that occur in the clubs annual cycle, from committee meetings to cross country. For these events, you will find calendars and entries for different dates of when an action or event needs to occur. If appropriate, templates will be included for you to use.
