Joining Enquiry

Purpose

An enquiry is made to join the club for training and competing.

Process:

  1. All enquiries of interest to join the club for training and competing will be generated fromt the website and details forwarded to the Membership Secretary.

  2. The Membership Secretary will contact the interested party via email and schedule a taster session.

  3. The Membership Secretary will add the interested party to Presli.

  4. The Membership Secretary will inform the coaches via the EGAC Coaches Community via the Announcements.

  5. The Membership Secretary will monitor Presli for attendance. Once attended, the Membership Secretary will contacted the interested party and offer an EGAC Membership to join the club.

  6. If a training session is cancelled, those attending the training session must be contacted using the details stored in Presli.
